Photography in the digital era is a highly technical process. The cameras we use and the software we edit with both demand knowledge earned through years of practice, trial and error and, ermm, watching a lot of conflicting advice on YouTube.
But actually, you can improve the outcomes for your fully edited photographs long before you even fire up Lightroom or Photolab - there are processes you can put in place that have absolutely nothing to do with RAW editors.
Sometimes it’s a good idea to zoom out and see the wide angle, before laying a finger on a mouse and keyboard.
